Auto Sign out
I tried to purchase an internet package, created an xfinity ID and account, but then xfinity started acting weird. Every time I log on the website logs me off. I just want to connect to the internet I purchased. I’ve been struggling for the last couple hours. Called customer support but they only have me talk to bots and every time I ask to speak to an agent they do not transfer me .

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
