Auto pay payment edit not working

I've been trying to change my payment credit card for over a week. I keep getting this message:

ERROR

Sorry, this isn’t working right now

user_8pleaa Are you trying to update your payment method online or through our Xfinity app? I would try those options if you only tried one.
