AT&T Fiber Just Became Available in My Neighborhood — $60/Month Less Than Xfinity & offering $200 Visa Gift Card
My promotional credit recently expired, increasing my 1-Gig Internet-only service from approximately $60 to $110 per month.
AT&T Fiber has now become available in my neighborhood and at my address, offering 1-Gig fiber service for approximately $60 less per month than I’m now paying Xfinity, plus they’re giving new customers a $200 Visa gift card.
Given the significant price difference—and the advantages of fiber—it’s difficult to justify remaining with Xfinity at my current rate.
I’ve been happy with Xfinity and would prefer to avoid the inconvenience of changing providers, but the difference is simply too substantial to ignore.
Before I switch to AT&T Fiber, I would appreciate it if an Xfinity representative could review my account for any retention offer, loyalty discount, promotional pricing or account-level credit that could make my 1-Gig Internet-only service competitive.
I’m only interested in 1 gig Internet service and don’t want to add television, mobile or other services.
I’d appreciate an Xfinity representative’s assistance in seeing whether there’s an option that makes sense for me to remain with Xfinity.
