Assistance with my wifi
When I try to speak with the cat not in the app it gives me an error code saying asses denied. My wifi comes in and out. When I try to look at my rewards it says I don't have an active account with Xfinity now Internet

Hello @user_h4qx71, sounds like you're having quite a few issues here with account access in particular. Do you happen to know if you have NOW internet which is our prepaid service or regular post paid internet with Xfinity?
The reason I ask is that our team does not support the NOW internet product at this time. You would be best assisted using the NOW portal that can be found by clicking here.
