As a loyal Xfinity customer, I pay nearly double that of a new customer for the same service

As a very loyal Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile customer, why do I have to pay nearly double what a new customer would pay? That's just not right!

I saw a deal where new customers can lock in to $60 a month for 5 years for Gigabit Internet, including Disney + Hulu for the full 5 years, and Peacock Premium for 3 years, with no contract.

I went into the Xfinity store the other day figuring they could get me at least close to that price, and the best they could do for me was $110 per month for the exact same service. I've been a loyal Xfinity Internet and Xfinity mobile customer for probably a decade or more, and I'm very disappointed! I will actively be looking for a new provider, unless someone at Xfinity can offer me the same rate as a new customer. How can you treat loyal customers this way and expect them to stay loyal?

Hi there, @musicmixer! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We appreciate your loyalty and while we do have new customer introductory promotions, we do also have great promotions for our valued existing customers. While we would not be able to provide an introductory rate, we would be more than happy to see what promotions may be available to you. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
