are xfi pods still back ordered?

I ordered an xfi pod on Feb 6th.  Never got a confirmation but after an hour on the phone they told me the order was there and it would be in stock by Feb 12 but still nothing - No order confirmation, no shipping/tracking info   NOTHING  Anyone else having this problem?

Hi, @user_8b05ad. It is best to create your own post going forward than to post on an old thread that may not get attention. I would be happy to help with any questions concerning xFi pods. I don't see any notifications that pods are back-ordered or similar. Can you give me more details on what you are running into or any notifications you received?
