Had an appointment today from 10 till 12. No one showed. Got a call said he couldn’t make it by appointment time. Did I need to reschedule. NO I need him here today my phone is [EDITED: Personal Information]

You can verify your appointment by using the online appointment management tools here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments or we can check on the appointment for you manually. To do that, please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
