Appointment Cancelled Clown Show

Waiting For Someone to show up today. Appointment was for 10am to 12pm. 2 phone calls this morning confirming. WHY? Text message at 9:59 confirming appointment. WHY?

Text message at 10:02 cancelling appointment! Thanks! Called CS and got a guy on the phone. New appointment tomorrow now, imagine that. No worries, I'll just stay home until xfinity shows up some day. What a clown show this has turned in to. By the way, this is for on going pixelation issue for years. I was chatting here through DM and the rep, who made this appointment,  stated do not cancel this appointment. I think I'll just return everything.
