Apple Watches

I spent an hour with a representative attempting to get an Apple watch. Every time I asked a question, I was put on hold so he could ask someone else for the answer. I asked for a supervisor and waited 15 minutes for someone to finally get back on the phone. It sounded exactly like the person I was speaking to originally. I mentioned that to the 'supervisor', but he explained they use some type of system to make their voices easier to understand? The supervisor admitted that they DO receive compensation of some type when they talk you into getting the Apple watch. He was offering me '5' free watches that would have cost me over $100/month, and I found out that these fees can only be applied to my bill, so I couldn't give them away to anyone else and have them pay the fees. I finally told them I DO NOT WANT THE WATCH! I didn't hang up hoping I could take some type of survey, and the line remained open for about 15 minutes, and I was disconnected.  What a bogus offer to a 17-year Diamond Member...

Thank you for sharing your experience, @user_u9hn5o. If I had spent that much time discussing something I didn't want, I'd be frustrated too, especially after being a loyal Xfinity customer for 17 years. Xfinity Mobile does offer Apple Watch promotions from time to time, but the details can vary depending on the account and whether new watch lines are being added. I'd be happy to take a look at your account, review any current offers you may qualify for, and answer any questions you have about your options. If you'd like my help, please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address. I'll be glad to take a closer look.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityChristy No need to look any further. The "Supervisor" assured me that he fully understood that I DON'T want the watch. Isn't Xfinity embarrassed by all of the complaints they are receiving about this offer and how their representatives only mention the details that make it sound like a great deal???

@user_u9hn5o How about this? Xfinity just attempted to charge me $92.37 for NOT ordering a phone? OMG, this is unbelievable! I thought Xfinity was reputable company?

Resolved? Why not look into the "Scam" Xfinity is promoting?
