Apple watch cellular activation issues

I recently bought 2 watches. When I got home I paired them to the phones just fine ,but when I tried to set up cellular I received "Uh-oh! Something went wrong. We ran into a problem during the activation process and your information was not saved. Please restart activation by following the steps below. If this problem persists, contact customer support." I have talked to support multiple times and done the basic troubleshooting numerous times. Decided to read other forums and found I needed to contact  Xfinity Executive Resolutions Team to actually fix this problem.
