Apple subscription

I lay for Apple Plis.   We were getting it fine and it just stopped a week or so ago and now we can’t watch it.

Do you currently get access to the Apple TV+ streaming service through our Xfinity StreamSaver service which includes Apple TV+, Netflix, and Peacock? Or do you happen to pay for Apple TV+ directly or through another service provider? 

 

What devices are you attempting to stream on and what error code and/or error message are you receiving when accessing the application or program? 

 

If you receive the subscription through our Xfinity StreamSaver service, I would recommend viewing the Xfinity App to see and verify that the subscription is still on the account and active?
