Angry since Channel 13, WBKO in Bowling Green, KY has been taken off Elizabethtown service plan. It has also taken off other channel

I am perturbed at your service.  In particular, many channels have been taken off my plan but I am paying more.  I am very disappointed that channel 13, WBKO in Bowling Green, KY has been deleted.  I watch that channel the most and it keeps people informed about what is going on in Bowling Green where many got to Western Kentucky University.  I am NOT pleased about USA being taken off either, but I have seen all of the shows it broadcasts.  Taking off channel 13 is the last straw.  I watch that channel more than any other one.  Please put channel 13 back on programming for Hardin and LaRue counties ASAP.  The company needs to think about its customers first.  I tried calling out to the local office and it is just a toll-free number.  I have had COMCAST/Xfinity service for 30 years and it has never been this bad.  Put channel 13 and others back.

Channel changes like this are never something we take lightly. They’re typically tied to agreements with the station owners, and sometimes those agreements change or aren’t renewed, which can affect availability in certain areas. We know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating, especially when it’s a channel you rely on regularly.

 

We also hear your concern about other channels like USA Network no longer being available and your bill increasing at the same time. That combination would frustrate anyone, and your feedback about putting customers first is absolutely valid.

While we don’t have the ability to restore specific channels from here, we will make sure your feedback is documented and shared with the appropriate teams. Input like yours does play a role in future negotiations and decisions.
