an issue

does xfinity have a phone number where ion gotta talk to no dumb AI, it makes me frustrated im just trying to talk to a real person but apparently its 2025 and we all gon be replaced by ai.

first off, i want to speak to a real person when i call. second off, the xfinity prepaid app is terrible, it be showing me a white screen. im trying to activate my 45$ dollar deal

prepaid, and whenever i try to call the ai asks if i want to speak to an xfinity assistant (THE OTHER AI) and if i say no it hangs up. the xfinity prepaid app does not work it shows a white screen, how am i supposed to feel comfortable with my daughter sitting at home with no wifi incase something happens?
