Amazon gift card

I didn’t receive the Amazon $200 gift card as part of the new plan. I searched the incentive tracker. No record found. It had been two month since activation. Can’t use Direct Messaging.

I definitely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since it’s been two months, and you’re not seeing any record of your Amazon gift card. Let’s get this sorted out for you.

 

First, just to confirm—when you signed up for the new plan, did you receive an email or confirmation about the promotional gift card? Sometimes, eligibility is tied to specific requirements, like keeping the service active for a certain period. If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend double-checking your spam/junk folder for any emails regarding the promotion.  

 

We wuld also recommend contacting our our Incentives Team directly. You can call 1-800-526-3268. If it’s not showing up via the incentive tracker, they should be able to track it down for you. Let me know if you run into any issues—I want to make sure you get what was promised!

@XfinityAirelle​ I called this number, it is not working. As soon as it rang, it hangs up on its own.

@user_s30u97 Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support. 
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have the same issue with internet installed in December 2024. The incentives team said they cannot find any record linked to my account number.
