All Xfinity Services are out. over 21 hours now and no information forthcoming.

All xfinity services are not working, this started @ 4am 3-16-2023 and is currently ongoing.

all VOIP phone services don't work, any security systems and monitoring are not working, any security cameras like Ring or Nest are useless and there is no internet for any other types of communication.  all entertainment options are not working, not even the DVR box that I have in my home is useless (we can not watch any recorded shows and are probably not recording any during the outage). 

All this is occurring without any information coming from Xfinity, No sorry we have a problem letter explaining how routine maintenance has caused an outage and is going to be longer than expected because equipment has been damaged or needs to be reprogrammed or whatever the case might be.

All of us pay our bills and expect a level of professionalism by the company taking our hard earned money.  you do have a responsibility to inform us as to why you are NOT providing the services we pay for.  We pay for 24/7 service not for when you feel like providing said services! You personally would not like if you took your car to an oil change service provider and they keep your car for a day or two without an explanation.  You would be at the service desk or calling and asking why your car will not be finished in a reasonable amount of time.

I have left comcast/Xfinity once before for the same type of situation over 20 years ago and i just came back within the last 4 years only to find they do not care about their users STILL
