All of my cameras and cell phones…. All the videos sounds like running water

I’m hacked all my devices are hacked and the audio sounds like running water in all my devices when I playback

Is there any other indication of a hack taking place beyond the sound of running water on video playback? There could be a possibility there is just an audio problem. Can you provide more details?
