AI Support Bot is BEYOND WORTHLESS

The ai 'assistant' is anything but, it is incapable of assisting with even the most basic tasks and instead just regurgitates the same canned statements regardless of what you tell. I spent hours trying to get it to send help to my house because a tree took out my internet cabling, but it was incapable of diverting from its predetermined script. Any positive metrics you guys are getting from this thing is only because people just hang up and dont bother with it. Which is probably what you want anyway, its such a shame too because for years Comcast wasnt like this., this was how Verizon operated and was why i was with comcast. Now it clear you all dont give a [Edited: "Profanity"] about the customer nor your own employees as you replace them with chat bots
