Agent Name "James" encouraged me to switch to AT&T
Ive been a customer for over 10 years and always cringed at the idea of calling into for support since I always get pass to people who try to sell me something instead of helping me with what I am asking for. After the agent named "James" wasted my time for 30mins I kindly asked for a manger or supervisor. James wanted to know why I wanted to speak to a manager and declined to do so. He did not want to identify the call or his id number or any factor that would identify the current call vs others. Thanks James and to all the other employees who offer low quality customer service. What I wanted was simple. Just to switch to a different plan.

Hey there, @user_e1kayq, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your customer experience. This is not the experience we want you to have, and we definitely do not want to lose you as a customer. We would love to submit your feedback regarding your experience to ensure this doesn't happen again. Also, we are happy to help you with any account concerns. Did everything get resolved with your plan changes?

I, too, had the exact same issue with a representative who said he was an Xfinity employee but wanted me to switch to att&t because they were partners for internet. They ALMOST got me! But thankfully, I figured out the scam in time. They are ruthless.
