After Comcast contractors dug up cables, the dug-up areas were covered with rocks/straw and hole left. When will this be fixed?
First weekend of August, Comcast contractors came to my property and dug up cables. After their work was done, the ground was left with mounds of dirt, strewn rocks and one hole was left unfilled. When will Comcast come back and level out to remove all the rocks, fill in the hole, and level the ground where they dug?

After recent outdoor underground cable replacement was completed by Comcast-hired contractors, the grassy strips between sidewalks and streets were left with lots of dirt patches covered by straw and rocks. This is unacceptable. The rocks present risk of hazards for mowing, walking, parking, etc. Along my street side sidewalk, between sidewalk and my property fence, in one place, one spot is a hole that was not filled and leveled out. Many spots are raised area of dirt. Rocks must be removed, dirt must fill in the hole, dirt mounds must be leveled out. My house is a corner property where two streets intersect. Along the sidewalk of both streets are sunken dirt areas, raised dirt areas, covered by rocks and straw. My property was left with risks, hazards and damaged landscape. Obviously, neither Comcast nor the Comcast hired contractors had very little respect for the appearance of what they left behind nor the hazards and risks of what they left behind. I've been a loyal Comcast customer in the timeframe of 2004 through 2024. My loyalty has suffered a blow. I want Comcast and hired contractors to return to my property and do the improvements that I have identified in this message and soon so my loyalty as a Comcast customer can be restored. I look forward to this.
