Address not servicablec

 I'm reaching out because I've encountered an issue regarding service availability at my address. I recently attempted to sign up for Xfinity services, only to be informed that my address isn't serviceable or that I am out of the service area. However, two of the houses here share the same address which is mine.

Is it possible that the shared nature of my address is causing confusion in the system? I'm eager to explore any options available to me to solve this. Would providing my latitude and longitude help clarify the situation or potentially help service setup?

I'm open to discussing any potential construction costs if that would enable me to access Xfinity services at my location.

It is definitley possible that the shared address could be the issue as it may be that the address is in our system in one way, but not another. I'd love to see if we can open a serviceability ticket on your behalf to have this double-checked for you and confirm our options of getting you set up!
