Address not recognized

Hello,

My new home is recently built and service address is not recognized by Xfinity.  I know that my neighborhood is having Xfinity and the address is surely detected by Xfinity service address search.  How do I get my new address registered in Xfinity database so I can request for the internet service?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings, @user_6lauo6! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear your new address is not being recognized, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and the address where you wanted to establish service, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

@XfinityJamesC Hello, I'm also moving to a new construction and it says the address is not recognized. Can you help me? I am not seeing a Direct Message option as described above.

Thank you.
