Add second mobile phone to 2 step verification

I am a manager (my husband is primary user) on our wifi/landline account.  I'd like to add my mobile phone number as an option to the two step verification process.  I don't want to change the existing mobile number on the two step verification.  How do I do that?

Hello @user_j6rbzu Thanks for reaching out to our community for help with two factor verification. I have a link with the steps and more details on how to set it up here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/two-step-verification-xfinity-app-setup. You may set up one mobile number and an email address (non Xfinity email) you can also enable biometrics (using either facial recognition or a fingerprint) if your phone is capable. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

So, I can't set up a second mobile number or a second email address as two step verification options? I don't want to change the current phone number or email address used in the verification process.

@user_j6rbzu That's a great question and I believe it is username specific. When you turn it on, it should show your phone number and/or email that is attached with your username.

Also following.  Husband and wife share a common e-mail and have their separate phones.  So, 1 -email and 2-cell phones.  Unable to attach 2 cellphone numbers to 1 account so we don't have to contact the other person for the verification code.  Would like code to go to multiple cell phone numbers.

@user_a8gcgj We can only register one mobile number and email address to receive a security code. That keeps the account and customer information secure. Other people can have access to the account at the same level and receive their own security code when needed, with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts.
