Did you get an answer to this? I had the same question and the agent told me I needed to upgrade my plan, which is a) not how it was last year and b) not being advertised as needing a premium subscription.

@XfinityMarcus​ Yes I am trying to get Diamondbacks games in particular.  What I need to know is if I have to upgrade my service and set top box.  I do not have a smart TV. ??

OK so I finally got a chat salesperson online and they wanted to sell me a package that would increase my monthly fee from $160 to $280 just for cable TV. That is $120  per month to see one baseball team .  Streaming is only $19.95 per month if I buy a 60 buck Roku.  Someone has to do better or cable will cease to exist. For a disabled veteran this is the pits.
