You've come to the right place, and our team is more than happy to help however we can :) To clarify, are you simply needing his name on your physical billing statements? That is something we can typically help with once we fully authenticate an account with the current Account Holder. There should only be one name listed on the account, though, as official Account Holder. Alternatively, you may add user roles for others as seen HERE, which provides them with limited access to the account, services, bill, etc. Let me know if this helps, and how you'd like to proceed.
We can go over the account options with you for changing the name on the bill. Can you please send us a full name and your full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
