To update to a package that includes ESPN, you can follow these steps: - Visit the Xfinity website or use the Xfinity app. - Log in to your account with your Xfinity ID. - Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" or "Change Package" section. - Select a TV package that includes ESPN. - Confirm the changes to finalize the update.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
