Acworth, GA Customer Service

I had a billing issue regarding an annual fee for Paramount+ streaming app via my Xfinity account. After spending 2.5 hours via online chat, the problem was not resolved. The next day I went to the Woodstock, GA store only to learn they were a franchise location and could not help. Was advised to go to a corporate store in Acworth 10 miles away. Upon arriving that store, LaJuana [Edited: Personal Information] was the Sales Consultant who I met with. LaJuana was able to resolve the billing issue in 15 minutes! She was very kind, professional and provided excellent customer service. If I have any other issues with Xfinity in the future, I will certainly go to this store for assistance. Thank you!
