Activation peacock

I've been trying to activate the Peacock membership that Xfinity gave me for months, and I keep getting an error! Xfinity sends me to talk to Peacock, and Peacock sends me back to Xfinity.

Yes! When I press it, it redirects me and that's when the error occurs.
