Activate Internet Without App

I cannot download the app to activate my new internet service. "Your device isn't compatible with this version" is the error message when I try to download it.

The xfinity https://www.xfinity.com/apps app can be downloaded on compatible devices, so if you're getting a message that you're device is not compatible that means it's not compatible with the updated version of the Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-requirements

If you're doing the self-service option you need to activate the modem from the app. Do you have a different compatible device you can try using such as another phone or a tablet?
