ACP program

I got approved for the program but I’m not getting a discount. Can you tell me why

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. Thanks for showing interest in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). I am glad to hear that you were approved. We do have some questions to get you started.

 

Were you approved through the National Verifier and received approval along with the Application ID? This should usually begin with the letter B or Q follow by 10-digits? With the ACP program approval, you would then need to reach out to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or mobile carrier in order to apply the credit to that service provider. Since there is a variety of ISP and mobile providers available, you would then have to apply with the ISP to get the credit for your services.

 

With the National Verifier approval, did you apply through Xfinity to get your ACP credit applied? If not, you would need to visit https://www.xfinity.com/acpenroll to choose Xfinity as your ACP credit provider.
