ACP error

I'm trying to apply for ACP but am getting this error...

"Something went wrong. Check your application and try again. You have 1 attempt(s) left."

I don't want to find out what implodes if I use up all 3 tries 🫥
If I could get some assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know that every dollar counts right now for many of us, myself included, and we're all looking for ways to save as much as we can so I want to make sure you're able to enroll :)

 

 

Did you make sure you're eligible through the National Verifier? Did you make sure all the information submitted through the National Verifier matches the information on your application? I wasn't able to follow the link you sent, but you can see common errors here.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the link you sent me to verify. Guess I just have to wait now.
When it goes through on the NV site, I should then retry the xfinity ACP application?

Yes, once everything is completed on the National Verifier website, I would recommend retrying the Xfinity ACP application. Let us know if you have any issues with the Xfinity application. We are here to help!
