ACP de-enrolled

After warning to lose ACP benefit, I went to renew online and got approved with an Application ID. I called to your Customer Service two times and they said that everything is fine and I'll not lose ACP benefit. But now I find my home internet has been de-enrolled from ACP. What's happening? Will my ACP be enrolled again?

I qualify under more than a couple of programs, I did what I was told to do, requalified with all agencies and still it did not satisfy xfinity so I again requested paperwork to prove i qualify but still have not received it. I sent my address again.

I appreciate your assistance.

@user_papx5u thanks for those details regarding your application. Here is a link to the recertification process, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/acp-recertification. We definitely want to ensure you are getting the correct ACP credit applied to your account. Have you tried these steps already?
