Dear Comcast Support Team,

I am writing to formally request that you restore my original TV and internet plan immediately. My package was changed without my permission, and this is unacceptable after nearly 20 years as a loyal customer.

In the past week, I have contacted your support team five times by phone trying to resolve this issue, yet nothing has been corrected. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

If my original plan is not reinstated right away, I will have no choice but to cancel my entire Comcast service. I value reliability and honesty, and I expect my account to be handled with the same respect I have shown as a long‑term customer.

Please correct this issue as soon as possible and confirm once my original plan has been restored.

Hello vitonatali3312 thank you so much for taking time out of your day and reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums! We would like to help however possible in resolving your account plan change concerns. Was this a plan change initiated online via xfinity.com, or with the assistance of an agent via phone, chat, or in-person?

 with the assistance of an agent via phone. The original call was to replace my tv box and router/modem. the agent  what me to listening to a voice message on the phone  approve any changes which i reply no can't do i'm driving now and ang up the phone 3 day later i receive 2 wireless box and a storm router which was never requested i promptly return to the xfinity store

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
