Account Ownership Transfer

I am currently the account owner for Xfininty internet in my 4 person apartment, but I am moving soon.

What is the easiest way to transfer ownership to one of my roommates so that there is no break in service?  Would it be easier for me to cancel my service and then have one of them start their service, or is there another way?

We have our own (non-Comcast) router and modem, both of which will be staying here and will be used with the new service or new account.

I personally think it's better to cancel your service and let them start as new customers with promotions.
