Account issue

Hi, I'm getting an "Access not Authorized" error when trying to log into the Xfinity app, and "Something unexpected happened" when I try to view my account on the website. My internet service was recently set up under a bulk billing arrangement at [Edited: "Personal Information"], United States. Could you please check if my Xfinity ID is properly linked and provisioned to my service account? Thank you.

@user_nr8xeu Have you attempted to view the same information through the Xfinity app and met with the error messages? What troubleshooting steps have you taken from your end?
