Account is showing inactive
Hello! I tried using my internet/Wi-Fi connection today, only to find out there is no internet access. I logged into my Xfinity account and tried to troubleshoot or view details about my account but I keep getting an error that my account has been deactivated. It’s telling me I need to pay my balance to restore my account, however my balance is showing zero with my next payment due July 23rd in the amount of zero. Both my daughter and I need Wi-Fi/internet for schooling purposes and this has really put a damper on our progress.
