Account Holder Name Change [Edited]

I need help with a legal account-holder name change due to a court-ordered legal name change.

This is not a chosen name, preferred name, pronoun, or display-name update. I need the legal name on the Xfinity account and billing records updated.

Please have Xfinity Support open an Account Change Request ticket and send me the secure document-submission process. I will provide my account details and documentation only through Direct Message or a secure upload link.

I don't see a place to login to send a direct message now

user_zaz809 Hi there! We appreciate you contacting us and we are happy to get the process starting to get the name changed on the account. To get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
