account fraud

Xfinity makes it impossible to be able to email a complaint.  I am being billed for services that i did not authorize.  They stated that I was sent a link on my phone and I accepted that change in my services.  I have spent numerous hours on the phone with numerous customer server reps.  I am going to report Xfinity to the fcc and whoever else I need to get some resolution to my problem.  I have opened several tickets and they have made many promises to get this fixed.  I have been a customer of comcast/xfinity for almost 20 years and I do not appreciate being treated the way that I have.  I have also told the customer service people that when i find another carrier that I am going to change.  They seem to not care.  I have several accounts with xfinity and I feel that the account got mixed up.  The service address that I am talking about never in almost 2 years had nothing other than wifi.  It seems that xfinity does not care about me and could care less if I discontinue my services.  I have been told by many reps. that they can see that I never used the tv service at my Litton address.  I am sure that these phone calls are recorded.  I just want xfinity to give me my money back and make this right.  And then i can continue being a customer.  I have gone through all my text messages from xfinity and I do not see ONE that says that I accepted the cable service at this address.  I would appreciate someone to look into this matter and make it right.  Please someone look into this matter and make it right.  Xfinity owes me between $500 & $600.  You can reach me at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
