Account Deactivation, Im lost

Hello. Im kind of at a loss. I woke up and my internet was out. I tried all the basic troubleshooting and decided to call support when that didnt work. Support is telling me I have an outstanding balance so my account was deactivated on the 3rd, but Ive had internet up until this morning. I also have proof of me paying monthly with emails and bill statements. Upon trying to reactivate my service via phone support, they are under the impression someone else lives at my current address and are very confused as to why im trying to get my service back. They also seemed to be under th3 impression my address was my old home address, not my current one that I moved to 6-8 months ago. I remember setting up new internet and doing that whole changeover process when I first arrived here though, and like I said no internet issues till just this morning. Is this fixable? Should I just change providers?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
