Account arrangements
I was not treated very well by your company. I made arrangements and you cut me off even after I made arrangements. You lied just to get me off the phone. This is not ok. Being a disabled veteran, your services that I paid for over 9 years on time; I need. I was approved for an extension until 7/6/2025. You cut me off and said that I wasn't eligible after already approving me for an extension. Upon that, your agent called me hung up!

We’re really sorry to hear how this was handled — that’s not the experience you deserve, especially after being a loyal customer for so long and having already made arrangements. We appreciate your service, and we understand how important it is to have reliable access to the services you depend on.
If you were approved for an extension through 7/6/2025 and your service was still interrupted, that’s something we need to look into right away. It’s also unacceptable if a call was dropped or if you felt dismissed by one of our agents — that’s not how we treat the people we’re here to support.
