The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_rva2lk thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! WE know that our customers want to reach us in the places most comfortable for them, including online. We have several support paths available
On Facebook and X(Formerly Twitter) @XfinitySupprt
Here on our Xfinity Forums and via our r/Comcast_Xfinity Subreddit
Our Xfinity Assistant is also available 24/7/365 to help with any common questions and can also connect you via live chat to an agent.
Our mainline numbers of 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST(266-2278) are available if you prefer to talk with us via telephone.
If I may inquire in general terms, how can we best assist you today?

By this platform, do you mean this forum site? This is no substitute for good tech support that a company at the scale of Xfinity ought to be able to provide.

This has been about Xfinity's tech support systems. What started it was my effort to find help regarding an email I received from Xfinity, offering links to see my data usage, connected devices, and other information. My complaint was that the links went to the home page, asking for sign in, with no indication of any connection to the offers in the email. In fact, I could not find the information anywhere on the site. I looked for help, but only found the useless chat, or, help only thru X or facebook. Thus my complaint.
The email with useless links is just another example of Xfinity's very poor user experience.

That partially answers my original issue, but you miss the main point. That email provided links to nowhere, and there was nowhere I could find the information. Xfinity needs to rethink its user experience, and pay attention.
