Absurd Outage Problems

We've had Xfinity internet for years and for most of it we've been paying for gigabyte speeds but maxing out at 30mb/s when looking at the app it says there are outages and that they'll be resolved shortly. I can't talk to anyone over the phone either. We are so [Edited: "Language"] close to finding a new internet provider.

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out here on the forums! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into issues with your internet speed. For clarification, are you maxing out at 30 Mbps when connected via ethernet or is that with a wireless connection? Also, though it sounds like there may be issues in the area currently, can you give us some insight into any troubleshooting you've tried to make sure we don't repeat any steps that have already been taken?
