Absolutely The Worst Customer Service!!!
I am currently in an outage and I truly do understand that the Derecho storm that came through here Has made restoration of Internet difficult. However, the main problem that I have had since June is that I can rarely speak to a person (after time wasted trying to get to them) and, couple of times that I have… the things that they’ve told me would happen have not materialized. I’ve been with you for a long time now. Since 1992. I also have my mobile service with you. This is hands-down the worst mobile service I have ever had. No matter where I am there’s always something sketchy and don’t tell me that it is my phone. I want to know why you can’t actually talk to a person and then get someone who will actually do something?! Each person I spoke to about an issue in June told me something different and promised me the moon and never delivered. And that’s only when I could finally reach a person!!!! Your Xfinity assistant sucks and I mean with a capital S. The AI assistant that you can talk to on the phone simply hangs up on me. I now have a cable that has been affected and I can’t seem to report the [Edited: "Profanity"] thing unless I lie about it. Please tell me how I can speak to a person who will actually do something! Please tell me how on earth I can actually count on you as a service if you don’t wanna ever talk to your customers?! I can’t even report a cable issue. And like I said my mobile service sucks. I don’t think I’m going to be a customer for very much longer. I just need to find a viable alternative apparently. AND- the phone assistant promised to text me a link. Text never received!!!
