aboveground cable hazard
At [Edited: "Personal Information"], the abovegroumd cable is sagging badly and making contact with power lines. This has happened before and sparks caused a grass fire. The elderly occupant is not cutting their grass, so there's real risk of a major fire. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY!
