About to hire a lawyer.

I have called customer service for the past 4 months. About my incentives that I was guaranteed if I signed up for mobile. Not Only is mobile service with Xfinity the worst service I've ever had with a mobile provider in my entire life.I have been lied to about getting $400 in prepaid gift cards, everyone that puts me on hold hangs up on me. None of my issues are being resolved. And I have the call recording for the woman who signed me up for mobile and the a contract that states that that's in there. That's a breach of contract if I don't get the incentives that I

was promised at the beginning of sign up

Make sure you are signed into forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

2. Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

@XfinityEthan I'm actually on the phone with cs as he's have a conversation with his wife/mom/or girlfriend iv been on "not" hold for another 30 minutes at this point. Is this how business done??? He keeps saying "I think she's still on the phone" when he isn't speaking Spanish to someone in the background. I need support assistance asap. This is the 5th call today where I'm either hung up on or straight ignored...

Even I am facing a similar  issue . The xfinity chat agent - lied to me about offers and made me sign up for a phone  even after confirming multiple times that the offers are valid .

Now i reach out the the chat support - and they are refusing to honor the offers and apologising for the misinformation !! How does that not amount to committing fraud!!!

They do not share the chat logs also !

@user_fad79c that's why I record all calls with them. I worked for Comcast East. And Yes you can sue them if they lie 

Lying is a breach of the contract You agreed to if you have the evidence.

they are big liars same issues with happened today I went to the store and lady over there misguided to sell the promotions and put me into a contract for 60$ for 2 years , it supposed to be 30 after mobile customer discounts . that's what she told me after giving them approval now they are keep saying that offer was for new mobile customer , which is totally wrong now she's manipulating whatever said...im going to disconnect my all services moving to Verizon and I will never do any business with them I'm gonna tell my other family members to stop their services.. cuz their support system is so bad they just need an excuse just to transfer you to other department and will put you on hold for so many hours and still nothing get resolved at the end they are saying the same thing that you have an contract
