Your question is valid. The ABC channel is not presently available in some areas as our agreement with the channel programming owners expired 3/31. Programming is subject to change, but we are working hard to get it restored as quickly as possible. Xfinity has made several reasonable offers to the programming owners which have all been rejected, but we continue to work with them diligently to bring the channel back, but only if they will give us fair pricing, terms, and conditions for our customers.
We are aware that having your TV lineup affected like this can be frustrating, and are working as quickly as we can to bring it back.
While we may not be able to provide a credit for a single channel, we can work with you to see if there are other programming packages available at a lower cost to help reduce the bill. If you are interested in exploring that as an option, please let us know.
