ABC channels
When will ABC channels return? I will be switching to another cable, internet, and phone company if they do not return. I have been a valuable, loyal customer for over 20 years. This is a horrible decision and you will lose many, many customers.

Are you seeing a banner on your tv about Comcast being in negotiation with ABC? If so, you'll just have to wait it out. They will eventually come to an agreement and your ABC channels will return.

I am super upset. We also have been a local Comcast/Xfinity customer for years and now don't get to watch our favorite channel - ABC. I want a credit. You charge exorbitant fees and just charged me $102 two days ago. I want my money back!

We should not have to ask for a credit. The company should do it on there own. You sure take your monthly payment right on time. I will be looking for a new company if it doesn't come back soon. I feel all your customers should get some kind of credit. Not a ten dollar credit. The company had to know the contract was coming up. Should had be figured out before it ran out.

Between this disgusting decision by Xfinity & their horrible dispute that lost Altitude Sports for years to where we were unable to watch our local teams up until the last year nobody should continue to use Xfinity! The ONLY way this will change is if we, as customers, stick together and break out of our contracts and just use a streaming platform or just an antenna. If we continue to complain but don’t do a thing about it then Xfinity will not change and this will continue to happen. Call Xfinity and cancel your services and we might see changes. If you live in the Denver Metro Area or most urban cities, we can get our WiFi high speed internet from providers like: T-Mobile, Allo, Verizon, Century Link, and we are going to be getting GFiber(Google’s new high speed Fiber) very soon 🙏🏼 and’s it is available in some cities already. Then, for Tv, use an antenna for local stations and an Amazon Firestick with a few streaming platforms like Altitude+, Disney, Hulu, and HBO Maxx you will probably pay much less than we already do. We can do this if we all make the change!
