A substantial charge

I recently received a letter with a substantial charge for supposedly failing to return my Xfinity router when we moved from one apartment to another.

I would like to speak with a human customer service representative to resolve this issue.

Could you please review my previous and current accounts, check the equipment records, and explain why I have been charged?

I would also like to dispute this charge and have it removed if it was applied incorrectly.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_fhre2n Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time to reach us. We are here happy to work with you to review the bill and provide you with peace of mind. To get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
