A new modem

I’ve tried going onto the site that replaces my modem but it does not work.  I haven’t had internet for 3 days. How do o get a new modem

What is the reasoning for wanting to receive another modem? If you are experiencing issues, typically a modem replacement does not resolve the issue as its cause by other underlining issues.
