A lie to get commission

I was told if I got my phones switched over to Xfinity from Verizon that my bill will be in 12 month installments abc that next month I would have a regular bill plus installment. I did so services came back on next day back off I called and an ambassador told me it’s nothing he can do til my past due paid . Like basically  lie was told to get commission and my phones are switched over.

When you switched your phones to Xfinity, you should have received clear details about your billing, including any installment payments and how they’d affect your account.

Have you already contacted our mobile department reagrding this concern?

Yes contacted everyone but service is still off they said they would not turn my services on and only thing showing is my phone bill and nothing updated at all

like my past due is still showing and it’s not on installments my services are still off but they made sure I got the phones transferred . Only thing on are the phones my internet and tv are still off
