a better rate
I was on the phone with Xfinity for 45 minutes. Geff found me a better rate of 229. for both internet and tv. And then the phone got disconneted He didn't call back. So I called back - on hold again and Brenda was rude and wouldn't get me a the 229. rate help

I am sorry to hear that the call you were on with the first rep got disconected before they were able to make the plan change on the account, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at the account and see what we can do.
